As the Dragon Boat Festival approaches, our community bursts with excitement and anticipation for this holiday. In my eyes, this festival is rooted in our Chinese history and culture and is famous with a well-known people called Quyuan.

We organize dragon boat races on the local river while other activities are held near the river, such as making traditional food—zongzi and giving neighbors a plant named Aicao. Families will gather together to make their own zongzi. All these activities show a strong wish to our community.
