兩個都是命令行工具

如果裝有python3 ，可以使用pip 安裝。
如果沒有裝有python環境。可以在https://github.com/soimort/you-get/releases 下載完整包

在github 上看到有人建議you-get實現配置功能，所以用批處理寫了一個：
